ABOUT JESUS

 

Jesus is the most remarkable man who ever lived. He is the centrepiece of our civilisation; after all, we call what happened before him as "BC" and what happened after him as "AD". 

 

Some people think of Jesus as just a religious teacher, but the Bible gives us a better understanding of who Jesus is. He is the begotten Son of God - on equal footing with God. The whole purpose why Jesus came into this world was to bring us back into a relationship with Father God.

Many today are searching for God and they don't know where to find him. Jesus said, I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me.

 

Many are stumbling through this life searching blindly in the dark, with little or no direction or purpose. Jesus said "I am the light of the world, he who fellows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life".

 

Many are living under stress and are conscious of the terrifying pressures of our modern world.

 

Jesus said "Come to me all that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest".
